Returns Policy

Non-stock or custom ordered parts are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Any returns requests must have an RMA # assigned by Integrated Automation, Inc. prior to shipment. You may return Standard stock items, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refunded on return items unless the return is due to an order processing error or shipping error on our part. IAI will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of return receipt at IAI of your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

IAI imports and exports around the world. Most of our E commerce shipments are limited to the continental USA. If you require international shipping, please request a quote including shipment options. Most international shipments are made freight collect on the purchasers freight account, all taxes and tarriffs collect to recipient, and payment in advance by ACH or wire before order will be processed. Please note that some products are not available for export due to technology restrictions.
